I was born and raised in Russia, in a family where construction ran deep. At 15, I moved to the U.S., where I fell in love with how things are built. A robotics class in high school sparked my interest in engineering, which eventually led me to earn my bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from University of Southern California.

In addition to consulting, I own and operate a real estate portfolio that includes 6 short-term rentals across Texas and California - a business I’m deeply passionate about. Hosting guests from around the world has taught me just as much about operations, design, and human connection as the deals I help structure.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me riding my mountain bike along the trails in Austin, Texas. I also love to cook, watch soccer and tennis, and explore new countries with my wife, Anastasia. Travel fuels my creativity and reminds me of how much there is to learn from the world around us - something I try to bring into every project I take on.
